KRRC also contributed in the discipline of Sociology by taking up
" Project Pahari " dedicated to the revival of the ancient Pahari
Languages and culture of Kashmir, Started in May 6, 2001. This project is
still on its way with the name Alami Pahari Adabi Sangat. This
strengthens and stream line the decade long attempts (mainly by Chitka
committee) to save this ancient language based upon the concept of
sustainability by commercializing this language and developing its market as
for any modern international language. Basic alphabet has been developed
by using scientific methods and experimental marketing campaign is on its way
in shape of Pahari festivals and publications.
